Since 2012 I have worked with children and adults with a variety of abilities and disabilities. I have a passion for providing care and training in the home and in the community where children spend the majority of their lives. Over my time in the field I have most enjoyed building relationships, seeing children and families develop new skills and improve their lives together.
Sarah Helm-Dunbar

Director of Clinic Operations and Supervision
I began my career in ABA in 2008 and graduated with my Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2012 from Westfield State University. I was the clinical director of the May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities in West Springfield and I have participated in a wide variety of services related to those with special needs. I have a passion for services that provide individuals with quality of life through leisure and recreation. When I am not practicing ABA I enjoy whittling and woodworking, playing volleyball, and enjoying the great outdoors.
Isabel Rombult

In 2019, I graduated with my bachelor’s in psychology and recently completed my master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis at Endicott College. I started working in ABA in 2018 and have since worked in a variety of settings and with different age groups. I love working with clients and families to build meaningful skills. Outside of work I enjoy spending time at the beach, camping, and a wide variety of arts and crafts!
Nelvi Diaz

I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Evangel University and a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis from Simmons University. For the past 17 years I have worked with children and families as a social worker. It is my passion to work to improve outcomes, build positive working relationships, and find joy in everyday things. I especially enjoy Natural Environment Teaching and using the child’s interests to teach relevant skills. Outside of ABA, I love to read, crochet, and playing The Legend of Zelda. It is always a pleasure to meet new families and I look forward to working with you!
Adrienne Aquino
M.S., BCBA, LABA
I found my love for ABA a Behavior Technician while I was in graduate school for Clinical Psychology in 2008. Watching children grow and supporting their families became my passion and I went on to become a BCBA in 2014. My experience spans across multiple settings, social skills groups, and parent consultation ages 18 months to 50 years of age. I find my joy in working with families and individuals to improve their quality of life, independence, and access to meaningful skills and activities.
Brielle Carlson

I discovered the field of behavior analysis in 2022 while working towards my bachelor’s degree in Biology at UMass Lowell, and I quickly knew it was the path I wanted to pursue. While working as a Lead BT at BEST, my passion for supporting children and their families continued to grow, which inspired me to become a BCBA. I went on to earn my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. I love building meaningful, trusting relationships with my clients and celebrating the progress they make as they grow in independence and confidence. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and getting lost in a good book.
Melany Felix

I have over 5 years of experience supporting children and families in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. I completed my journey as a behavior technician and student at BEST, where I spent over a year developing valuable skills while building meaningful relationships with clients. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I am committed to providing assent-based, compassionate services that caters to each child’s needs and autonomy while supporting lasting growth. Outside of work, I love going to the gym, trying new restaurants or playing with my mini goldendoodle!
Brooke Agro

I began my career in ABA in 2020 while earning my undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Film Studies at Trinity College. Since then, I have had the opportunity to work with children and adults ages 2–40 with autism spectrum and related disorders in home, clinic, and school settings. I earned my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College in May 2025. I especially enjoy working with children and being part of their growth, learning, and development. I love seeing their curiosity and personality shine through as they build new skills. Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies and trying new restaurants.
