Behavior Technicians
Provides one-on-one therapy with your child by implemening the individualized treatment plan created by the supervising BCBA. The BT has the role of creating a positive and fun learning experiece for your child.

I have a B.A in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Maine, and I am currently working on my Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Emerson College. I enjoy learning about behavior and applying principles of ABA with my clients. I feel that I am part of a close team that aims to help each client reach their greatest potential and I love watching my clients progress with the services I provide!

My name is Casey; I graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. When I decided to pursue psychology I knew that I wanted to work with children. I am excited about the career path I have chosen and look forward to continuing to apply ABA to everyday life. In my free time, I love going to the beach, going for runs, and watching New England Sports games.

Mara Degagne

I began my career of working with those with autism in San Diego, CA.,
where I was trained and attended workshops with people who are still
greatly respected in the field today! I have worked as an independent
contractor through Applied Behavior Consultants, where I opened a
supportive living agency and managed a program that supported adults with disabilities in opening micro enterprises. In San Diego, I was fortunate enough to be part of innovative self supporting performing arts group that I co -directed. Music is a Universal language and remains a passion of mine.

I have been working with children and adults who have ASD since 2016. What began as a volunteering opportunity quickly turned into a passion of mine. I then decided that I wanted to take leap into the world of ABA. I recently graduated from Salem State University with my bachelors degree in psychology and currently work full time as a behavior technician. I love to go for walks in the woods, take long car rides around just to talk, and sing!

My name is Sarah and I have been working with kids professionally for almost ten years now. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and have always had a passion for working with children. I especially love to help them grow and develop. In my free time, I really enjoy traveling and going to see Broadway shows with my friends and family!
I first began working with children in my role as a Head Instructor at a karate academy. Once I graduated from Umass Lowell with my BA in English and Psychology, I decided I wanted to go on an adventure. So I pursued my Teaching English as a Second Language certificate and spent a year teaching English in South Korea. When I returned, I became a BT and am currently enrolled in a Master's program to work toward becoming a BCBA. When I am not working or studying, I love reading (especially fantasy) and playing games with my family.

Over the last several years of working with children in various roles, I’ve found that guiding them through the learning process and celebrating their successes to be so incredibly rewarding!
In my free time, I love hiking with my dogs, playing games with my friends, playing music, and spending time with my family!

Casey Ergin

I am currently completing a Master's of Psychology in Child & Adolescent Development from Southern New Hampshire University. My prior experience includes three-years of adult special education. What I enjoy most about ABA is genuinely connecting with families, making a difference in a child's life, and continuing to nurture my professional growth. Outside of ABA, I am a "solopreneur" (solo business owner) that educates and develops confidence in young women. I love (American) football, cleaning my car, and socializing!

I am currently finishing up a bachelor’s degree in psychology and am super excited to work the field of ABA therapy! I enjoy working with clients to help them to continue to learn and grow. I have had many years of childcare experience and have worked as a swim instructor for children with disabilities. In my free time, I enjoy reading, running, and spending time with friends and family!

I am currently enrolled as a senior at Merrimack College finishing my bachelors degree in Health Sciences. Post graduation, I hope to continue my education and attend a masters program for occupational therapy! I am so excited to be a part of this team and watch clients learn and grow. John Cahoon

I have several years experience working with the autistic community; first as
a direct support
professional for adults who have autism and second as a paraeducator with students who have autism.
I am currently finishing my bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration on children and adolescents and I plan to pursue my masters in behavioral analysis.
In my free time I enjoy goofing off with my two daughters and working on college assignments. I’m also
an avid gamer and enjoy both video games and tabletop games.
I began my career working with children and adults with ASD over five years ago at The May Institute. During my time at The May, I received my Master’s Degree in Special Education, Severe Disabilities. I have worked with individuals ranging in ages 4-22 teaching functional living skills, academics, social skills and communication. I thoroughly enjoy working on functional living skills as well as functional communication. I am currently a Special Education teacher in a public school and am excited to gain experience working with individuals in the home setting. Outside of ABA, I enjoy spending time with my very large family and love going to the beach in the warmer weather.

My name is Diane and I have been working within the field of human services for many years. I have worked with adults and children as well as administratively as Director of Operations. I am currently working toward my master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis & Autism Studies with a goal of being as impactful as possible in the lives of others. I am a mom to my big bunch of 5 along with our English Lab, Jagger. In my free time I am a group fitness instructor and enjoy being a part of my fitness community.

Hi! My name is Samantha and I am currently finishing my Bachelors in Psychology at University of Massachusetts: Lowell. I have a passion for working with children and value the connections I make with every child I meet. I love working in the field of ABA and seeing the progress made by the children I work with is the best feeling in the world. In my free time I enjoy running, lifting, reading and writing. I would love to someday combine my love for fitness and ABA!

After getting my B.A. in Psychology, I began working in the field of applied behavior analysis. Currently, I am working on my master’s degree in applied behavior analysis in hopes to become a BCBA very soon.
