Brielle Carlson
Lead Behavior Technician

Hi, I’m Brielle. I graduated from Umass Lowell with my bachelors in Biology and a minor in Psychology! Prior to working at BEST, I worked in a daycare center. What I love most about ABA is forming connections and helping children gain independence with their skills. I am a very family orientated person, I enjoy spending my free time with my huge family and my cats. I plan to start working on my masters in applied behavior analysis and continue to have a positive impact on the lives of others.

I have been working with children for over twenty five years.  I have a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Studies from PSU.  Before becoming a special education paraprofessional in a public school, I taught preschool in a private center for eleven years. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters, family and friends.  You can find me at my kids sporting events, volunteering in my community, camping in the White Mountains, going to concerts, enjoying lazy beach days or a Yin hot yoga class!

Holly Thibeault
Lead Behavior Technician

Hello! My name Holly. I have been working in the field of ABA for some years in both clinical and home settings with clients of all ages. I received my Registered Behavior Technician certificate after working in the field for under a year. My prior experience is in early childhood education. I truly enjoy  watching my clients progress and am glad that I can be a stepping stone for them to learn. I have plans to go back to school to become a BCBA. I enjoy reading, going on walks, and spending time with my son and family. I hope to continue to learn daily in the field.

Alyssa Ronca
Behavior Technician

Hi, I'm Alyssa! Upon graduating from college with a degree in Business Administration, I accepted a position at an investment firm based in Boston. While I genuinely enjoyed my time in Financial Services, it wasn't long before I felt called back to my passion for helping others learn and grow into the best versions of themselves. This is what led me to pursue a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and an exciting career in ABA! In my free time I am practicing to become a yoga teacher and love to do anything active/in nature, especially if my loved ones tag along.

Michelle Hand

In my free time I love to go to the lake or the beach, spend time with my family and friends, and read books!

Megan Muse
Behavior Technician

Hello, my name is Megan and I’ve been a behavior technician for a few years. I have worked with children for over fifteen years, as an aid in school settings as well as nannying. I have a younger brother on the spectrum who is my motivation for what I do today. I love helping families and children navigate through life a little easier. I hold an associates degree in psychology. I am a freelance artist and love to bring art work into the world of ABA. My favorite thing about ABA is teaching individuals and families what they are capable of doing, and helping them to achieve it!
