Our Story

Founders Megan Ciesluk and Rebecca “Becky” Santos have extensive experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism and utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis.  Megan and Becky’s specialized knowledge and drive have been shaped by their diverse experiences.  They have serviced individuals ranging from ages 3-22 in public, private, and home settings.

 

Megan and Becky crossed paths while working as special education teachers for students with autism in a public school.  After years of working together, they realized they shared a similar vision to reach and provide help to as many families as possible.

 

It was then that they decided to fulfill their dream of building their own practice in which they could apply their gained experience, knowledge, and passion to the field of ABA.
